YOUR CONSENT AND AGREEMENT

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

These terms constitute an agreement between Natali Lekka t/a

Worlds of Words at worldsofwords.com, (the “Site”, also referred to as

“we,” “us” or “our”) and you governing your access to and use of the

Site. By accessing or using the Site, you and any entity you are

authorised to represent (“you”) agree to be bound by these terms.

In addition, these terms regulate the business relationship between

you and Programmes and services offered by Natali Lekka. When you

purchase any Programmes or Services offered by Natali Lekka you

agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The use of your personal information is governed by the terms of our

of this Site. If you do not agree to be bound by the privacy policy, or

by Terms of Use outlined below, please do not use or access this

Site.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any

time. Any changes shall become part of the Terms and Conditions

and shall apply as soon as such a notice is posted. By continuing to

use the Site after any updates are made to the Terms and Conditions,

you accept the Terms and Conditions as modified. You should review

these Terms periodically to see if any changes have been made.

PAYMENT

All Programmes shall be billed in United States Dollars (USD).

Payment shall be made using PayPal or Credit/Debit card and is

processed through our secure checkout page.

REFUND POLICY FOR CONTENT WRITING FOR TRANSLATORS

We are only happy if you are happy. Therefore, in the unlikely event

that you are not happy with your purchase we are pleased to offer you

a refund within 30 days. This shall be conditional on you submitting

proof that you have worked through the Programme as duly set out

below.

Should you decide that purchasing the course was not the right

decision please contact our support team at

natali@worldsofwords.com within 30 days from purchase date to

request a refund.

At the time of writing this matches the policy of our partner Teachable.

Please note that you must include your completed course

assignments with your request for a refund. No refunds within the 30-

day window will be granted without submission of ALL of the following

completed assignments:

Module 1: Assignment

Module 2: Assignment

Module 3: Assignment

Module 4: Assignment

Upon receipt, please allow us up to ten (10) business days to review

the assignments and process the refund if applicable. Please

understand if the refund is granted that your Program access will be

revoked and you will be removed from any associated community

groups.

No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase of the

Program.

EARNINGS AND INCOME DISCLAIMER

We make every effort to accurately represent our products and

services. Earnings and income statements made by

worldsofwords.com (the “Site”, referred to as “we,” “us” or “our”) and

its advertisers / sponsors are estimates only of what we think you can

possibly earn.
